Habakkuk 2:4 NKJV

“Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith.

Habakkuk 2:4 NKJV

Deep down a prideful person is always an unstable soul. Always trying to prove what they are not. Always worrying about everything and critical of everything.

The danger of pride is that one cannot see their mistakes even though it is so obvious to everyone else. A veil will cover our hearts and minds when pride takes control of our lives.

But the just shall live by his faith, in His true God. The just are those who choose to lay down their own rights and take upon God's righteousness.

The just are those who would be willing to let go of what they see around them and would trust God and His promises.

The just are those who would believe the impossible because God said so. They just will keep holding on where evidence is not seen.

God spoke to Habakkuk about His people and we are living that now through Christ Our Lord.

We are to live by faith in Christ, to put our faith in all that Jesus has done for us. To know God and partake all that our Father in heaven has prepared for us.

This faith is not anchored in man but in the Son of God, Jesus our Lord. This faith is putting absolute trust that He who calls will also do it.

Every word of God has the power to manifest it's glory if we would completely remain and nurture it.

Let us live by faith in Jesus Christ our Lord who has redeemed us from every power, every influence of sin and death. This is so that we can live in His power and grace forever.

Blessings
