Village in my native languages is “kampong”. For other people going back to “kampong” is to release their stress, relax and enjoy the fresh air but for me going back to “kampong ” is a mission, a task with a message to tell the youth in my “kampong” and to encourage them.

I want to encourage them to study hard in school and get the good results because there are a lot of opportunities that are waiting for them and God’s goodness that are running after them. Don’t worry about money. What is important is that they need to in the effort and always be passionate to succeed.

The day that I have been waiting for has come. ”KAMPONG “ is the first word that cross my mind. Waking up on 9th of July, I realised that I need to go back to my ‘KAMPONG’. The feeling of excitement, happiness and eagerness kept racing in my heart.

I miss this smile of the children in my ‘kampong”. The smiles can melt my heart and release me from thousand anxieties. I realised that the most precious sight is the smile of these children. Looking at their smiles, I recall my childhood, where my only responsibility at that time is running and laughing . I miss this environment that make me felt calm. I can feel that my village is calling me and I know they’re missing me too.

I’m blessed to have this wonderful life and opportunity in the city and to be surrounded by wonderful people, I know for sure this is because my Father In Heaven has chosen me to be successful so I can make a difference to my village and to my generation.

Whatever challenges that I may face, I will face it will smile because today, tomorrow and forever I’m smiling because GOD LOVES ME.

My beautiful village on the background!

The laughter of the children in my village is my joy!
