“As for these four young men, God gave them knowledge and skill in all literature and wisdom; and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.”

These four young men had wisdom, knowledge, and skills because they put God first.

They took steps that could risk their own life for the sake of obeying God. They put God above their own lives.

Obedience is not only pleasing to the Lord but it brings blessings upon blessings to our life that no one in the world can offer.

God raised these four young men with wisdom, knowledge, and skills above the people in the king's place.

This resulted in these young men having authority and influence in their society.

God wants to raise us all up in Him. He wants us to be blessed in every way so that we can have influence to bring change into our world.

God has raised us all up in Christ Jesus and it is up to us to obey Him. It is up to us to walk in all the blessings He had prepared.

All it takes is obedience on our part and doing it God’s way. It is not going to come in any other way because the provision is made ready in obedience.

We must not struggle, or waste our time and effort trying to do something with our own efforts.

Let us take the path that God had made, walk in His ways, and enjoy the favour God has prepared for us all.
