He who is of God hears God’s words; therefore you do not hear, because you are not of God.”

John 8:47 NKJV

Jesus is speaking about the truth that should manifest in our lives. Not knowing the truth, we will follow the ways of the world and its lust.

Jesus is saying that all who believes in Him hear His voice and the one who does not hear is not of Him.

Hearing God's word means to believe, to act, and to live according to what He has said.

People who trust God and follow God's word would be presenting love, grace, security, encouragement, constructive challenge and all that we can see in Christ Jesus.

People who follow the world and the deception of satan will be manifesting insecurity, hatred, envy, selfish and they lead others to destruction.

Jesus clearly says to us that either we listen to Him and follow the truth or we will be following the devil and his plans.

The religious people who are supposed to know the truth did not do what God had said instead they followed what THEY THINK was right according to their own interpretation.

When we interpreted the word to fit what we like, we HAVE BEEN deceived.

We should no longer look at what we want but we should look at what God has prepared for all of us.

For His plans is far superior to anything the world could offer. It is far greater than the joy, love, peace hope and security the world could ever offer.

We have it all in Christ Jesus. And in Christ alone lies all the purposes of God for our lives to be fulfilled.

Let us keep our ears attentive to His word and do as His Word had commanded in all the days of our lives.
