Daniel‬ ‭6‬:‭10‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

“Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went home. And in his upper room, with his windows open toward Jerusalem, he knelt down on his knees three times that day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as was his custom since early days.”

When Daniel knew that the law has been passed on against his beliefs, his faith, and his relationship with his God, he went back and carried on as if nothing has changed.

Daniel did not get upset. Daniel did not get frustrated. Daniel's peace was not jeopardised because of the new law that robbed him of his rights to his life.

What Daniel did was not ignorance, it wasn’t rebellion as we think in the natural.

Daniel ignored the devil's plot, he ignored the devil's strategies and Daniel ignored the danger that will be imposed on him.

By doing that, Daniel rebelled against the devil's kingdom.

Daniel rebelled against the devil's plot and his plans.

Daniel did not get caught up with the plot of the enemies. Instead, he continued to get caught up with His God as he always had.

When we get caught up with God, every plan of the enemy gets burned away.

It gets exposed and will get the enemy punished.

All we need to do is keep looking unto Jesus and His promises. Continue to journey with Him.

We must not pay attention to the storms of life. Instead, we need to pay attention to God, our Creator.

Let us keep following God consistently, keep speaking God’s word consistently, and keep fixing our eyes on His word constantly.
