“But recall the former days in which, after you were illuminated, you endured a great struggle with sufferings:”

‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭10‬:‭32‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The writer of Hebrews explained in this chapter about the grace of God that saved mankind once and for all.

It is the power of God that deatroyed the power of satan over the children of God.

Jesus has lifted up all who believed in Him to rule and reign over every power of the enemy.

Now after knowing this grace that they have received and still willingly enjoy sinning. They are setting themselves up for a greater punishment on the final judgment day.

If we live life as if Christ has done nothing, we are insulting Him and His work on the cross.

But to believe and to bring ourselves daily in alignment with what He has done is truly a worship and honour unto our Lord Jesus Christ.

If we choose to function because we are just a human being, we have fallen short of His glory.

If we function as a child of God who have received the rights, then we have chosen to live in His glory.

We have been illuminated by the saving knowledge of Jesus.

We are a new creation. Therefore, why do we still think like the old unredeemed person?

What’s new in us is of Jesus, so we should bring our five senses and be renewed in what we have received in Christ.

Let us discard old thoughts, old habits and old beliefs and be transformed in the likeness of Christ.
