“But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises.”

God instructed Moses to build a copy of the heavenly things to prepare the saints to walk in the real kingdom of God and Jesus established that kingdom here on earth.

What we have in Christ is the real heavenly kingdom that lasts for eternity.

We have a better covenant and a more excellent ministry in Christ. That means we have to let go of the old covenant which is only a copy of the heavenly things.

We need to let go the old that we held so dearly so we can enjoy the real kingdom that is now brought to us by Christ.

We can never live the more excellent life that Christ had purchased for us if we are still going around talking about our old ways of life.

The directions of our eyes have to be pointed to Jesus and all that He has done for us.

This more excellent ministry and better covenant mean a completely new thing that God has for us.

If we don’t anticipate looking at the new, how can we live in the new?

The word of God calls us to behold our God and to look unto Him.

It is time that we pay attention, and check to see if what we are saying, acting, and believing are according to what Jesus has done for us.

The abundance of God is found in His promises but only those who know it and want it can experience the reality of these promises. Which has been given to us.

God calls everyone and makes it available to everyone His abundance but only those who receive His truth can enjoy its fruits.

Let us encourage ourselves by the power of His Spirit and build our lives in His glory and love.
