“Jesus answered them and said, “My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me.”

Jesus was living in a society that had its doctrine in temples, in synagogues, and worship places.

Many of those doctrines had good intentions but have blocked the truth.

Though every Scribe and Pharisee have their good intentions with their doctrines to serve the Lord. They become the very person to oppose the truth and Jesus.

Man-made doctrines that have been made like the Scribes and Pharisees will kill the very plan and purposes of God.

Jesus said He did not bring His own doctrine, His own way out of His own ideas but the way of His Father in heaven.

If Jesus the Son of the living God would lay down His own and follow His Father’s way, how much more should we not cling onto our doctrines that have been passed on from generation to generation?

God is doing a new thing, His Holy Spirit is revealing our Father’s heart to us. Revealing His ways so that we all can walk in His perfect plan.

Our Father’s ways will not contradict His word and His plans have been revealed through His word.

God’s word has to be spiritually discerned and revealed by His Spirit. We cannot take the word of God to make things up with what we like.

God’s word that is according to His ways will always bring us to Himself as one.

His Word will liberate us and set us free from trying to become what God had already made us to be.

We are all sent by God through Christ. Let us live by Him, His Spirit, and His word.
