‭‭Luke‬ ‭10:16‬ ‭NKJV

“He who hears you hears Me, he who rejects you rejects Me, and he who rejects Me rejects Him who sent Me.””

‭‭Luke‬ ‭10:16‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ A powerful chapter of seeing the seventy disciples going out in the power of God. Healing and delivering people from all sorts of things. And after giving their testimony of what had happened, Jesus spoke and said to them, “ He who hears you hears Me." This is a powerful truth where Jesus speaks of who we are in Him. He speaks of the truth that we are one in the spirit with Him. They went out two by two by the word of Jesus. In obedience, they went and did miracles, signs and wonders. The words of the Lord became part of their lives and they just did what was told by Jesus. When we carry God’s promises and God’s word, we carry God and His presence. When we speak and do the word, it gives birth to miracles, signs and wonders. When we become carriers of God’s glory and power, we function under God’s presence and anyone that stands against us stand against Christ. It’s clear Jesus said if anyone rejects you, they rejected me. This is something powerful and something we all should take time to understand. This is a responsibility given to all believers. We would be rejected, ridiculed and mocked by others but we must know who we are and stand strong in Him. Dwelling and remain in Him. God is manifested through our lives. We are the light and salt of the earth. The responsibility of expanding the kingdom of God is in our hands. All things are possible to those who believe. Do we believe God’s word or do we question God’s word like the Israelites in the wilderness? It’s important we know our place to function in the kingdom and our place to be what God has called us to be. Let us continue to be steadfast in remaining and doing all that God has spoken. Let us be united in Him and not in our opinion and our own understanding.
