Acts 3:21 NKJV
“whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.” Acts 3:21 NKJV
Peter and John healed the lame man in Jesus Name. The crowd that watched marvelled but Peter began to share that it was the same Christ whom they crucified that has healed the lame man. This is the first physical miracle after the disciples received the Holy Spirit in the upper room. During the first miracle, three thousand souls came to the saving knowledge of Jesus. During the second miracle, healing of the lame man and five thousand giving their lives to Jesus. This keeps building from faith to faith and glory to glory not just in numbers but in faith, perseverance, obedience and so on. Heaven is waiting and receiving the restoration of lives. We are all called to restore lives by introducing Jesus to others. Peter said don’t marvel at us because the faith that comes through Him (Jesus) has made the lame man completely healed. We are all called to be the restorers and builders in the faith of Jesus Christ. We trust and believe in the faith that Jesus will perform the miracles because Jesus is the rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. So often we don’t step out because we are not sure about ourselves and where we stand. The good news is we are called to stand in Christ and not in ourselves. When we choose to lose ourselves and every component that represents self then we can easily stand in Christ and in every component of who Jesus is. When the enemy highlights our shortcomings and failures, we need to highlight the glorious life we have received in Christ Jesus and that is the new life we are called to live. We are candidates called and set apart to the fulfilment of what was spoken by Jesus. All of us have the freedom to choose. Our choices will determine whether we take our position in Christ or our flesh. Let us all flow in the restoration plans and purposes of God for our life, the lives of people around us and the world. Blessings
