“Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him.”

There was a famine in the land and the logical thing to do is to go to Egypt because they have the wealth and food supply for the people.

God told Isaac to dwell in the land and not go to Egypt. God reminded Isaac of His covenant with his father Abraham.

God said to Him that He will bless Isaac, be with him and all the descendants will be blessed.

Isaac sowed in the land that was affected by famine and in the same year he reaped a harvest, not just thirty or sixty but a hundredfold harvest.

This is not a natural harvest, this is a supernatural intervention of God.

God’s blessings in Isaac’s life override the curse of the land. Famine had no power over the blessings that were upon Isaac.

God prospered Isaac on a barren land during famine and made Isaac to continue to prosper till he became very prosperous.

We have the same blessings of Abraham and a greater covenant through Christ.

We can override the Babylonian system of this world and function under God’s blessings and protection by faith in God.

There is no power that can stand against the power of God that is in each one of us. If we follow God and His instructions, it will bring prosperity, protection, favour, and blessings of the Lord over us.

God has spoken and established to prosper us in a supernatural way that no man can take credit for.

All God needs is an obedient vessel that will hear Him and follow his instructions.

Let us have confidence in the supernatural power, authority, and blessings of the Lord.
