John 1:42 NKJV
“And he brought him to Jesus. Now when Jesus looked at him, He said, “You are Simon the son of Jonah. You shall be called Cephas” (which is translated, A Stone).”
John 1:42 NKJV
After Andrew found Jesus and was convinced that He was the Messiah, Andrew told his brother Simon that the Messiah was found.
Simon then was called Peter, who became the spokesperson of the movement.
Andrew brought Simon to the Lord. Andrew had no idea that Jesus would choose his brother to be the leader among the twelve.
We don’t know what people will become when they come to know Christ. We would never know how they will grow in God.
The simple ordinary person that we lead to the Lord might turn out to be the one who stirs up revival.
God has promised His kingdom would be established in each one when they believe in Jesus. They received power and authority to reign with Christ.
Everyone that we lead to believe in Jesus will never be the same again. How blessed is the person who comes to know Christ and how much more blessed is the person who introduced Christ to them.
Every seed that we sow, we will always be part of the harvest. People may discard, reject, and walk away but no one can take away the seed that was sown.
Everything we do in the kingdom cannot be robbed by the enemy unless we let the enemy in by our own bitterness, envy, and strife.
Introducing Jesus to others is one of the most important parts of our journey as a believer.
This is because Jesus is the answer, Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. Pointing people to Jesus is pointing people to live life to their full potential.
If we love someone, we would want to give them the best. Let us give our best to each other. Let us share Jesus and the revelations that we have received from the Holy Spirit.
Let us keep bringing people to Jesus and keep displaying His love, His truth, and His kingdom.
Blessings
