Numbers 13:33 NKJ
“There we saw the giants (the descendants of Anak came from the giants); we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.”
Numbers 13:33 NKJV
The Israelites were terrified of the descendants of Anak. That is the worse thing that could happen as their migration is now filled with fear.
They began to see themselves as the weak ones in the natural. They forgot that they walked away free from the most powerful king of that time, taking with them gold and animals in the process.
They forgot the miracle after miracle that took place before their eyes.
They experienced the supernatural provisions every day for many years yet they allowed their imagination to be filled with what is before their eyes.
Our imagination is very powerful and our hearts need to be set right before the Lord.
If we start to imagine loss, defeat, sickness, disease, and the worst-case scenario then all of our faith in God is going to be overpowered by our own imagination.
The enemy is defeated because nothing can stand against our God but we can let the enemy win by letting our immigration be filled with fear.
We need to fill our minds, our hearts, and our imaginations with the promises of God.
We need to remember that He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. His power and authority are the same and He will take us and show us from glory to glory.
There is nothing too difficult for God or impossible for Him to do. All He needs from us is to trust in Him.
Let us fill our imagination with His promises and know that the Almighty lives and abides in us.
Blessings
